Formerly known as QuickBooks Merchant Services, Intuit QuickBooks Payments is a credit card processing option for merchant accounts included with the QuickBooks account software by Intuit.

Why was I denied a merchant account by QuickBooks?

Depending on credit history, the type of products or services you offer, or if you’re in a high risk industry, QuickBooks will usually turn you down. In short, QuickBooks doesn’t accept high risk merchants.

Can I still use QuickBooks if I use EMB?

Absolutely. That’s what we’re here for. Since high risk merchants (such as yourself) are unable to process credit cards using Intuit QuickBooks Payments, we’ll get you set up with a credit card processing system that easily integrates to QuickBooks.

QuickBooks offers low rates. What will my rate be?

Intuit QuickBooks Payments offers a pretty low rate, though they don’t work with high risk merchants. While we can’t guarantee a rate for you without an application (since our services are tailor-fit for each merchant), we do offer a 99.9% approval rate with high risk lates as low as 2.99%.

Do I have to handle the integration myself?
